Job Title: Event Set-Up & Support Crew
🎉 Looking for a side hustle that’s fun, engaging, and lets you show off your friendly, dependable, and creative side?🎉
Sensory Celebrations brings the FUN to kids’ parties, festivals, and community events with our themed sensory activity tables. We’re looking for awesome people to provide services as Event Set-Up & Support Crew. You’ll help deliver, set up, and clean up our tables — and sometimes stick around during events to refresh the tables, facilitate play, and help families have a great time.
What You’ll Do
✅ Drive to event locations with our activity tables and supplies 🚗
✅ Set up the table(s) and make them look amazing
✅ Snap a quick photo and provide the adult host with a tips sheet 📸
✅ Cover the table awaiting the party start time for a big REVEAL! 🎉
✅ Return after the event to clean up, pack up, and return everything 🧹
✅ Occasionally stay during events to refresh tables and facilitate play.
What We're Looking For
✅ Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance is required.
✅ Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting activity tables, stands, and supplies
✅ Friendly, dependable, and enjoys supporting kids and families
✅ Creative and detail-oriented (can make tables visually appealing)
✅ Great communicator who loves engaging with people
✅ Excellent customer support and ready to deliver service with a cheerful attitude and handle any minor bumps with grace and a can-do spirit
✅ Willing to complete a background check
✅ Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Pay & Perks
✅ $25/hour (~3 hrs per event)
✅ Paid via Venmo or cash
