The sensory activity tables are designed to be self-guided and easy for children to enjoy with adult supervision. Customers will need to arrange for the venue and any additional party hosting requirements. Sensory Celebrations staff ("Sensory Specialists") may be present to facilitate activities, refill supplies, and encourage play as an add-on service, but we do not provide direct supervision.

Our sensory activity tables are designed for children ages 18+ months NOTE: Even adults join in on the fun! The sensory tables have adjustable heights to suit different age groups. However, our primary focus is on creating experiences for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.

Yes, you can host the party at your home, a park, or a party venue of your choice. Please ensure the location is safe, accessible, and appropriate for the setup of sensory activity tables. If you are hosting the party at a personal residence, the party must be held on the 1st floor with easy access for Sensory Celebrations to set up and clean up.
Yes, we deliver the sensory tables, set them up at your chosen venue, and after the event we clean up and collect the tables.
Each table has a 38-inch diameter and supports up eight children. Please allow enough space around the tables for children to move and play comfortably. You will want to secure about 7+ square feet of space per table so adults and children can walk around easily.
Yes, the tables are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. If you’re hosting an outdoor event, ensure there is a flat and stable surface for setup. In addition, we will need easy access to whatever location you choose including access via a side gate if in the backyard, and 1st floor only if the party is being held indoors.
If hosting outdoors on the grass, we can set up our own tarps that can be staked into the lawn to secure them. This makes for easy cleanup. If indoors, we’ll ask that you set up in a room that has hardwood floors and where any fine rugs can be rolled up and set aside until after the party. Also, We can place plastic or sheets under the tables to limit any mess. We’ll do all of the cleanup after.
The standard rental period is 2 hours, but we can accommodate longer rentals for an additional fee.
We understand that accidents happen. If any materials are lost or damaged, there may be a replacement fee. We’ll discuss this with you during the booking process.
No, we do not provide staff to supervise children. The sensory tables are designed to be engaging and easy to use, but adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safety. Ideally, this means each child should have an engaged parent or caregiver.

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be refundable or transferable depending on the notice period. Any deposits or payments made will be held in credit for up to one year.
You can host the party at the location of your choice. If you are hosting at a personal residence, the party must be on the 1st floor with easy access for us to set up and clean up. If outdoors, you will want to restrict your pets from the sensory table area for their safety and the safety of the children. Please notify us if you have a dog that jumps so we can create a plan on how to set up and clean up without injury. Also, if you are hosting a party on any level other then the ground floor, elevators must be easily accessible.
Absolutely! When you book online today, you can conveniently make direct online payments. Please note that a small deposit is necessary, and it will be deducted from the total cost of your sensory table rental order.
